Jonathan Thomas

Jonathan Thomas is an Executive Partner at ADML Business Institute. He co-leads the firm’s mid-to-upper market fund platform and serves on the Investment Advisory Committees for Alpha Strategies and FI & FX. Prior to joining ADML Business Institute, Mr. Thomas worked at The Vanguard Group (2000–2004), where he led corporate due diligence management and responsibilities related to private markets/private equity. From 2004 to 2008, he was based in New York at Bear Stearns, leading corporate finance initiatives focused on capital markets transactions including IPOs and debt issuance. He departed the firm following its acquisition by JPMorgan Chase in March 2008. Mr. Thomas joined ADML Ltd and has since focused on global markets and multi-strategy investment practice. In 2025, he founded ADML Business Institute with a mission to help participants better understand markets, broaden their perspective, and build practical knowledge as a lasting edge in finance and investing.
